Nakaya Fountain Pen is welcomed as a special gift such as Christmas, some anniversary, and congratulations.

For your important person, Nakaya send a basic adjusted fountain pen until required date.
So it enable Nakaya to deliver within 10days if some parts are ready to set up.
Nakaya also attach our chart and greetings which says;
The pen in this time is only adjusted basically, so if you would like to be customize, please fill in the blank of chart and send it with pen back to Nakaya.
Nakaya will customize by no charge. (Please owe only shipping cost from you to us.)

So you can select only which models of Nakaya pen and nib size.(nib size is changeable. In case of special nib such as Stub, two-tone and so on, additional charge will start. )

Nakaya can send a receiver's address directly. In case of this, please pay attention to tariff.
(Nakaya recommend to send you before present. )

*Naming
It is possible to name on the pen barrel.
This will take 2 more weeks. Nakaya have two method of naming which is engraving and Maki-e.
And Nakaya also translate your English name to Japanese kanji to name by Maki-e and engraving.
(Please kindly understand we cannot translate to kanji perfectly. )

*The contents of the goods to send
In case of gift, Nakaya attaches a box of ink cartridge and greetings, and Nakaya chart.
A contents of Nakaya chart is same as website.
A receiver can be adjusted by this chart if he or she would like to do by only shipping cost from receiver's Address.

*Nakaya's Basic adjustment
You cannot understand your receiver's writing character clearly. On the other hand, if you show the Nakaya chart to receiver before present, a receiver recognize your intention about present.
So Nakaya send the pen just finished a basic adjustment.
After receiving, if the receiver requires to be adjusted on nib, Nakaya accepts to adjust.
(An additional charge will start in case of barrel changing, replace of nib design to two-tone, to Music nib, and to stub nib. Please kindly understand this situation.)

A purchase procedure in case of gift

1.	The first of all, please choose the item you would like to present. You have choice a model by this page
2.	Please proceed a chart page by clicking the button at the bottom of chart. And fill in the blank (please check "gift" column.) And please fill in the blank of receiver's name. Otherwise Nakaya cannot maintain the receiver's pen. You don’t have to fill in the blank for receiver's writing characters.
3.	Nakaya informs you a specification of pen, a total price, and an estimated delivery date. So please make sure of this confirmation and let us know if you accept. This means formal order.
4.	Please pay total price. You have choice of bank wiring and credit card submitting.
5.	As soon as pen has completed, Nakaya will deliver your requiring address.
6.	We could make shorter to complete your Nakaya pen than before. However customized pen orders increased these days toward year end gift season, so it takes around three weeks. Please let me know if you would like to send Nakaya pen to your important person.
