Description: We had an opportunity of using a rare material known as brazilwood, which is the best material used for making bows for string instruments.
It originates from Brazil, and due to the excessive deforestation of brazilwood, they are currently protected under the Washington Convention (CITES).
(our products are made using off-specs materials for bows).

The wooden part is buff polished in order to maximize the natural beauty of the wooden texture.
Please be careful with the adhesion of ink, since no coating is applied on the surface of the pen.
(The base is made of ebonite with black urushi lacquer.)

One of the characteristics of the material is the depth of diversity colors (as you can see from the picture, there are differences in colors. Some of them have a deeper color).
The products colors differ depending on the original color of the woods, thus, we cannot accept request of colors.

Please also note that it was originally used for dyeing other materials, therefore, color staining can be caused by such things as sweat from the palm of the hand.
