Why don’t you require your special order Nakaya pen?
For your reference, Nakaya introduces some of special ordered pen by a customer’s permission.
全て特注ですので、納期は２ケ月以上頂戴致します。
◆Customer's special order corner
  * The bijoux around the clip.                                   

The left pen is applied diamonds to 1 line (base model ; Paiccolo "Aka-tame") ,
The center one is applied to 2 lines. of diamonds.
The right side pen was set by dofferent kind of blue sapphire looks lik gradation .
