Why don’t you require your special order Nakaya pen?
For your reference, Nakaya introduces some of special ordered pen by a customer’s permission.

◆Customer's special order corner

	Gold fishes (Telescopes) by "Aka-tame-aka-sukashi" - Nuri-hanshi - technique　　　Price:$1,250

In addition to the "Aka（red）-tame-aka-sukashi" which is popular Maki-e technique for the Nakaya customers, this time Nakaya received the order of matt surface. A "Togi-dashi" (polishing up ) process is necessary for not only 'tame-nuri', but also for usual Urushi lacquer ware painting in order to be a gross and flat surface. On the other hand, to be matt surface, we use 'Nuri-hanashi' (leave painting (without polishing)) technique. This process does not do polishing, it becomes an advanced technique to which the failure in the process of paint is not permitted.
Thanks to the owner of this pen, he kindly sent it back to Nakaya and we could take pictures of 1.5 year- old condition of this pen.
A picture No.1.2.3 are 1.5 year- old one, and No.4.5.6 are the pen just launched.
Also in case of matt ("nuri-hanashi") technique for "tame-sukashi", a beautiful motif appeared.
