They are the mysterious creatures that seems to have been resurrected from the Paleozoic era, or has wandered in from another world, mutated, and synthesized. The base color is matte black painted with charcoal powder. The motifs are drawn throughout the pen using Takamaki-e technique. Appling black lacquer to some parts to create a raised impression brings out the three-dimensional effect.
