Kintsugi (gold repair) is a traditional Japanese method of repairing broken or chipped ceramics such as bowls by gluing them together with urushi lacquer.

At the time, expensive ceramics were reused by joining them together with lacquer, but this has led to the spirit of the tea ceremony of accepting things as they are and the trend of enjoying them as art, and this unique Japanese culture is now attracting attention, coupled with the global trend toward sustainability.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
