For New Customers (how to place an order)

STEP.01

Select the pen barrel model.

Please determine the pen barrel which is the base of a fountain pen.
You can narrow down your search with conditions such as the color, shape, length, and thickness of the pen barrel.

STEP.02

Specify a combination of the nib, the clip, and other accessories.

Please determine the color and other details if you hope to add a clip or a roll stopper.
You can choose the nib type from a fountain pen or a ballpoint pen. When your choice is a fountain pen, you can specify details, ranging from the line thickness to the color of the nib and whether you need the customization of the nib.
*You cannot choose a clip, a roll stopper, or a ballpoint pen nib for some pen barrel models.

If you hope to make some arrangements in your fountain pen (such as a change in the pen barrel color and an addition of a small motif) on the basis of the products on our website, please make choices from the options, and we will send you an email for checking you with your requests (we kindly ask you to understand that we may not be able to meet some requests).

STEP.03

Create your handwriting record

Please answer some questions about your handwriting habits, such as your handwriting pressure and speed.
We ask you to enter your handwriting characteristics by yourself if you place an order online. You can use some videos and samples offered by us when creating your handwriting record.

STEP.04

Order placement

Please enter purchaser information, the payment method, and the address of delivery, and confirm your order.
*At this point, the order and the amount of payment are not finalized yet.

STEP.05

Final confirmation of your order via an email from our staff

Our staff will check your order and send you an email for final confirmation.
Please review the details of your customization. If everything is correct, kindly reply to confirm. Your confirmation will finalize the order.

STEP.06

Payment and start of production

You can make payment with a credit card, through wire transfer, and via PayPal (an online payment service).
*In the case of bank remittances, please be sure to burden bank transfer fee at your expense.
We will begin to produce your fountain pen once we have confirmed your payment.

STEP.07

Delivered by courier

The order number provided in the enclosed greeting letter is required for after-sales service, so please preserve it.
*Shipping fees will be charged in addition to the price of the product(s) you have ordered.

After-sales support

We accept requests for tuning of the nib as many times as needed.

We offer free nib tuning and repair services that do not require part replacements.
Please see the “Tuning /repair” section for details.
*We kindly ask that you cover the shipping fees for these services.

We accept Original Design Fountain Pen Orders at prices starting at US$5,000 .

STEP.01

Send your requests for design of a fountain pen via the consultation form.

Please contact us using the consultation form.  You can also attach an image of a specific design.  Our staff will contact you at a later date.
If you would like to change the base color or add a motif to a custom-ordered product, please contact us using via
the Product Inquiry Form.

STEP.02

Our staff will contact you by email

Our staff will ask you about such matters as the pattern and model you prefer and your budget in detail.

STEP.03

Proposal of design (only one time)

We will create a design in accordance with your requests and propose it.
Please check that what you have requested are incorporated into the design.

STEP.04

Specify the nib and clip

Please determine the color and other details if you hope to add a clip or a roll stopper. You can choose the nib type from a fountain pen or a ballpoint pen.
When your choice is a fountain pen, you can specify details, ranging from the line thickness to the color of the nib and whether you need the customization of the nib.
*You cannot choose a clip, a roll stopper, or a ballpoint pen nib for some pen barrel models.

STEP.05

Create your writing chart

Please answer a few questions about writing, including pressure and writing speed. If you are unsure of your own writing characteristics, don’t worry, we have several videos and samples available.

STEP.06

Final confirmation of your order via an email from our staff

Our staff will check your order and send you an email for final confirmation.
Please check the details of your order for a custom-made fountain pen once again, and get back to us if there is nothing wrong with your order. Your order will be finalized once we have received your reply.

STEP.07
